Want to update your date of birth in Aadhaar Card? Check the step by step process to do it online

New Delhi | Jagran Business Office: UIDAI India has released a new update for Aadhaar cardholders in India. In a recent post from Aadhaar’s official account, he said that the unverified or declared date of birth can now be updated on the UIDAI self-service update portal. Downloading can only be done with valid documents. The list of documents is available on the official UIDAI website at uidai.gov.in. Aadhaar holders can now change their date of birth with just a few clicks.

Using the Twitter ID, Aadhaar tweeted: “#AadhaarOnlineServices. Update your DoB online in #Aadhaar via the following link, upload the scanned copy of your original document and apply. To view the list of documents supporting documents, click on the link mentioned in the publication “.

Check the steps to update your birth date in Aadhaar:

-Visit the UIDAI Self-Service Update Portal

-Click on the option “Update Aadhaar online”.

-Log in with your aadhaar number and get OTP

-Enter and check the OTP

-A new window will appear, click on the DOB to update

-Download the supporting documents

-Pay the DOB update fee of Rs 50, your DOB will be updated.

For updating the DOB on the self-service update portal, Rs 50 will be charged for each update request made through the portal. If the update is requested more than once, the user will pay Rs 50 each time.

UIDAI mentioned that in order to benefit from the online update services, the Aadhaar cardholder’s mobile must be registered with their Aadhaar.
